PRIVATE REIKI HEALING
(virtual only currently)
The session begins and ends with guided breath-work to help regulate your heart rate. You may also be guided visually to help navigate your thoughts. You are fully clothed with shoes off. The practitioner's hands are placed inches from the client's body -and sometimes directly on the body- to channel a flow of energy to help rest and relax the mind, body, and soul to aid the alignment of your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

- Clients may be asked for a non-refundable $30 deposit to reserve.
HEALING CIRCLE
Healing circles are a wonderful experience for family and friends to connect and bring unity. Circles are offered in the privacy of someone's home, whether it be a calm serene indoor space or rejuvenate around -or in- the pool. This circle may be from two people to numerous people. Reiki is performed briefly on each individual, and a guided meditation is done for the group. Healing circles are a way to form peace and strength from within and from each other. This is requested and offered for many reasons- A new girl's night! Grab your crew for a night of cookies, tea and meditation, also ideal for a bride and her gals to unwind with reiki, wine and chocolate! These circles are also healing for families dealing with bereavement and couples wanting to connect on a deeper level...inquire for price.
