REIKI HEALING

This session is set in a serene ambiance with soft lighting and soothing music. The session begins and ends with guided breath-work to help regulate your heart rate. You may also be guided visually to help navigate your thoughts. You are fully clothed with shoes off. The practitioner's hands are placed inches from the client's body -and sometimes directly on the body- to channel a flow of energy to help rest and relax the mind, body, and soul to aid the alignment of your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Essential oils may be used to enhance your reiki experience. Please be advised there's two locations.

*This is a reserved 50 minute slot for you.

Please be mindful that your time, my time, and other client's time is valuable, therefore time cannot be extended unless previously reserved. Some client's want to talk/receive coaching prior to their reiki, which is fine- as this is your sacred space, but it does utilize your reserved time, which means the actual reiki may be shortened.

Again, your time is not extended pass the 50 minutes reserved.

SOUL SESSION

(Card Reading, Reiki + Coaching)

This elevated session is a combination of soul alignment. We open the session with reiki/energy-work to open your spiritual chakra with a short visual meditation, activating your intuition which will help guide your soul to select your angel cards. Angel cards are insightful to help you seek spiritual guidance in any area(s) of your life. Your cards will then speak to you through spiritual coaching. Unlike other readings, this Soul Session is not a traditional "reading". Aside from this session being done by Deanna who is a certified Reiki Practitioner, she is also a Mental Health Worker with a BA in Psychology, fusing coaching to bring insight and wisdom giving you the tools and techniques for connecting, understanding and coping with your reading.

HEALING CIRCLE

Healing circles are a wonderful experience for family and friends to connect and bring unity. Circles are offered at my space or in the privacy of someone's home. This circle may be from two people to numerous people. Reiki is performed briefly on each individual and a guided meditation is done for the group. The host and I will discuss prior which type of guided meditation is requested. Healing circles are a way to form peace and strength from within and from each other. This is requested and offered for many reasons- A new girl's night! Grab your crew for a night of cookies, tea and meditation, also ideal for a bride and her gals to unwind with reiki, wine and chocolate! These circles are also healing for families dealing with bereavement and couples wanting to connect on a deeper level...inquire for price.
